So, welcome everyone (just me for now).
for some time now, I have been trying to think of something that I enjoy doing, that I could maybe write about. I realized that I loved taking road trips. Short day trips, a few days and if at all possible a week plus is the ticket. While I was thinking about this I realized that I have not done so in a long time, for many reasons I won't get into here. This might be a way of motivating back into doing something I always loved to do. I was going to put this blog up on my personal website marneen.com but that never panned out.
So, with that in mind, I am going to try to arrange small weekend excursions and would love to get some ideas for a nice, scenic trip. These trips are done solo, as I like to reflect and enjoy nature at my pace and on my time line. I would like to post these experiences up here and see what comes of it.
